2. second kid to be born end of summer.
well, congratulations!
will you, like tomkat, be purchasing an ultrasound machine and receiving dailies?

you realize that’s just to track the progress of the thetans, right?
More importantly, congrats from Iowa on both job&baby! May your happiness always keep Xenu at bay!

The big question we all are dying to know, though, which we’ve been afraid to ask, is in reference to that “end of summer.” because I am feeling particularly bold right now, I will completely forego all sensitivity, for which I’ve never been known anyway, to ask it:
Is this kid a good-luck-at-MLA kid, or is she a thank-God-MLA-is-over kid?
;)
(I realize she could be none-of-the-above, but that’s just not nearly as interesting a story!)
by greg—Mar 20, 03:52 PM
Early August. So neither one, really. :)
by chris—Mar 21, 03:51 PM
I figured as much. So much for that story! Oh well.
And for the record, I swear I don’t as a rule try to pinpoint when you guys conceive… But you did file this under “gossip,” so it had to be asked! :)

it’d be much better if it were late middle august…however, we leos will take as many leos as possible.
by hermit x—Mar 21, 04:24 PM
ok, were there any other extremely personal questions i should be answering here?
rose has as of five minutes ago dictated a name and “not a boy. i don’t want a boy.” lucky for her, the u/s tech (we don’t have our own machine) said the fetus looks “girly.”

I think I was the only one to ask anything too personal, and C put that suspicion to rest. Now then, I must remark: K & I have seen you twice in the past five years, and both times you’ve been preggers. If I had no good sense of time, I’d think you guys were always… well, you know.
by greg—Mar 21, 06:30 PM
hmm, maybe that means you should plan to see us more often!
by mary—Mar 21, 08:00 PM
Anything we can do to help out!
by greg—Mar 21, 09:05 PM
i’d like to think we should be worshipped as fertility gods, but it would probably make more sense then if we met up with people before they turned up pregnant and not after. :)
by kathy—Mar 22, 12:28 AM
Unless it’s in anticipation of meeting us that children are conceived: that could still qualify us for fertility god benefits.
by greg—Mar 22, 08:00 AM
i think that might be stretching it. :)
