No, just a shoebox. At the same time, I don’t have a lot of space.

I keep those sorts of things if the messages in them are interesting. If it’s just a birthday card with a signature, it goes. If it’s a postcard with a note and a hand-drawn arrow pointing to where the sender slept the night before, I keep it.
